Bars are weekly counts, normalized per company (each row's tallest bar = that company's busiest week). Dates are when our tracker first/last saw each posting — board rebuild artifacts are filtered out. A "fill" means a posting left the board, which is usually but not always a hire. Fill data is retained for recent weeks only.
